Industrial resources company Infrasors has appointed David Nabarro as a nonexecutive director to the board, effective from November 1.

Nabarro has previously been an individual member of the London Stock Exchange, a partner in the stockbroking firm of Laurie Milbank and subsequently an executive director of Prudential Bache Capital Funding.

He also managed a substantial UK equities portfolio on a discretionary basis for George Soros’ Quantum Fund.

In 1990, he founded Nabarro Wells & Co, a regulated, independent corporate finance boutique, specialising in advising small-to-mid-cap companies. Nabarro Wells was acquired by Ambrian in April 2008, when Nabarro became a director of Ambrian

Partners.
